Class @CPR
As part of CPR’s Subsidized Space Rental Program, artists and teachers may rent CPR to teach small one-time or recurring classes at affordable rates. CPR is dedicated to supporting artistic research, creative exchange, and learning, and a wide variety of practices in dance, performance, and time-based forms.
Classes as part of Class @CPR will be limited to 12 participants, and will take place in the Large Studio. The studio must be booked for a 2-hour minimum, booking at least 30 minutes before and 30 minutes after the scheduled class start time.
Bookings for Class @CPR may be made up to 3 months in advance, with each new month opening on the 1st of three months prior (e.g. on January 1, the calendar is open through March; on February 1, it is open through April). Requests are confirmed on a first-come basis. Please consult the Booking Calendar to check availability, and email Rebecca Gual, Rentals Manager at spacerentals@cprnyc.org with your request.
CPR may list the class on CPR’s website and manage registration via Eventbrite with an administrative fee of $25, where the artist/renter receives 85% of net registration fees.

NOTE: If you are interested in teaching a class or workshop with more than 12 participants, or a multi-day or day-long class/workshop event, this is not included as part of Class @CPR, which is a program designed for small, one-time or recurring classes. We frequently host larger workshops, with affordable rates! Visit the Rentals page or reach out to us for more details.
